1. Services offered by the site
The site offers online (web-to-print) printing services (the “Services”).
To access the Services, you must register on the Site. The Customer registers and places orders as a company or as an individual.
The Customer must also indicate his country of origin. Only purchases made by individuals are subject to applicable consumer discipline.
All prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Product prices may vary periodically.

2. Choice of product and method of purchase
After logging in, the Customer can proceed to the selection of the products as they are described in the corresponding sections, select them one by one, personalize them and add the desired quantities to the shopping cart. Photos, images and other illustrations are displayed on the Site for information purposes only and without any contractual value.
once the quote is confirmed, the print file downloaded and payment made (except for payment terms by bank transfer). The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the content, spelling and graphics of the downloaded files.
3. Payments and content downloads
The Customer can buy products online and make payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), via Paypal, by bank transfer, as indicated on the Site, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure.
The information necessary for payment is sent, via encrypted protocols, to the banking institute to which Numerifives has entrusted the remote electronic payment services.
Payments must be made in advance and orders are not printed until Customer has paid and downloaded the file. Therefore, printing is started after confirming the file download.
For payments by wire transfer, printing does not begin until after it has been credited to the bank account, and therefore delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days, plus time for printing and shipping. In this case, you must indicate the order number on the transfer receipt to speed up the transaction.
During the purchase, invoicing for all Customers is carried out by Numerifives N5’S.
The invoice will be made available to the customer in his own reserved space in a dedicated section: the customer must go to this space, print the document and keep it according to the standards in force.
4. Liability of customers for downloaded content
The Customer assumes full responsibility for the selection of the content and images to be printed as well as the acquisition of the corresponding authorizations for their reproduction, when necessary. Numerifives does not verify the contents under any circumstances, whether or not they correspond to the technical specifications and to the graphic conformity with the requested indications.
Under no circumstances can Numerifives be held responsible for the unauthorized use of the images by the Customer and for any type of violation of the rights of others.
The Customer relieves Numerifives and also undertakes to keep it harmless and to indemnify it from any liability towards others who may complain of violations of intellectual property rights, damage to image, honor, moral integrity or any material damage and intangible material resulting from the printing of images and content downloaded by the Customer.
In any case, Numerifives reserves the right to block any order comprising an obvious violation of the intellectual property rights of others or if the content is defamatory, violent or in any other way contrary to public order and morality.
5. Automatic verification of uploaded files
The Numerifives system automatically checks the files received in terms of format, dimensions, resolution and the possible presence of open fonts, the characters and the conversion of these lines, the overprints of the white and the passage for them. holes but also the conversion of pantone colors to the best profile for the requested print (The images we receive in RGB or with PANTONE colors are automatically converted with a standard separation profile).
In the event of non-compliance of the file sent, the system blocks the order. In this case, the Customer is immediately informed by e-mail and invited to download the file again.
If the system finds no nonconformities, the file is automatically printed.
6. Operator Uploaded File Check Option
At the Customer's request, thanks to the 'File Verification' option and through the payment of an additional amount, the Customer can request verification of the specific graphics and aesthetics of the file from Numerifives.
By selecting this option, Numerifives takes care of: checking the level graph, shape plots, safety margins, distance of the graphic elements from the printing edge, front and back orientation, checking the pdf file for specific customer requirements. journals and / or catalogs (slice dimensions, number of pages, cover file), verification of the correct graphic adjustment in the event of a check of the graphic layout.
In any case, the system for checking files uploaded by an operator does not include an exhaustive check of the layout, spelling, or any missing photos inside magazines, catalogs or books.
7. Delivery and shipping times
The delivery of products is carried out according to the deadlines selected in the estimate. The times are calculated from the finalization of the order, that is to say at the end of the download of the file and the reception of the confirmation. Delivery times are valid for most of the national territory concerned. Islands and more remote areas could be served in two or more additional days.
The order must be considered incomplete until the file is downloaded from the Customer and the corresponding confirmation. If the Customer does not download the file within 15 days of the date of the order and has made the payment, the order will be canceled and refunded.
In the event of a non-compliant file, the order will be canceled and / or refunded if the file will not be sent back to us within 15 days.
Shipping and delivery are made within the time limits selected in the quote provided that the purchase of the order has been finalized before 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Receipt of files or payment confirmations taking place after 6.30 p.m. are considered to have taken place on the following working day. Working days are Monday through Friday.
Under no circumstances can Numerifives be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays in delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal or return
The right of withdrawal / return without penalty and without specifying the reason, standard guaranteed to “consumer” Customers, does not apply to most of the services offered by Numerifives since the printed products are made to measure and are clearly personalized.
Only for certain products not presenting any customization (such as for example in the case where the Customer chooses a graphic or a drawing already provided by Numerifives or, in general, in all cases where the Customer does not download a file for printing and does not select particular types of materials, fabrics, etc.), applies the right of withdrawal or return in favor of Customers.
In this case, the Customer may terminate the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to Numerifives at the following address within the period indicated below.

Numerifives will send a confirmation email to the Customer and will indicate the terms of return of the product. Once the product has been returned, Numerifives will refund the amount to the Customer.

9. Disclaimer - product defects
Numerifives will not be liable to the Client for damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from any errors of any kind concerning the printing of the file sent by the Client, except fraud or serious misconduct.
In the event of printing errors not attributable to the Customer or the delivery of defective or damaged products, Numerifives will be exclusively required to make a single reprint of the material.
At the time of delivery, the Customer must carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered or in the packaging of the equipment not attributable to the Customer must be immediately reported to the carrier. The goods must be accepted by signing with a specific reservation of control. The Customer must then open a dispute from his Personal Space and attach the photographic documentation, when necessary, within 8 days of receipt of the material.
Numerifives will do its best to respond to complaints received within two hours.
10. Applicable law, jurisdiction and competent court for non-consumer customers
These Conditions are subject to French law.
For all orders from people not qualifying as 'consumers', all controversies relating to the interpretation and / or execution of this contract will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Lille.
